網友熱議:樓價下跌 老公話應該盡快賣咗層樓 萬一過幾年樓價升 上唔返車點算?

近期香港樓價持續下跌,再加上加息影響,唔單止令唔少本來打算上車嘅人士卻步,甚至令一啲供緊樓嘅人士,為免樓市同經濟環境再轉差而令自己負擔加重,計劃賣樓!有網民就喺連登討論區發帖,話老公覺得應該盡快賣咗層樓,出嚟租樓住算,但樓主就點都唔肯……呢個情況,大家會點揀呢?

樓主嘅老公好想賣樓:「老公話香港好多人移民,又加息,應該盡快賣咗香港層樓,出嚟租樓住!」,但樓主認為樓市,係睇長線:「但係我心諗做業主應該要眼光放長遠啲,雲吞麵30年前同而家個價格都冇得比喇!所以樓價長時間應該係要升,而家放盤出去,只會畀啲樓淡買到平貨,再加上美國開始減息,大陸有放返多啲人落嚟買樓,我預言2024年就會升到返2019年嘅高位,今日賣樓嘅人真係喊都無謂」。

樓主覺得睇樓市應該睇長遠,而且覺得2024年會升返去2019年嘅價位,故此唔讚成而家賣樓。

而家賣樓 幾年後上唔返車點算?!
有唔少網民都同意樓主諗法,支持唔好賣樓,支持香港樓市:「你岩(啱)! 咁多盤隊冧個價!」、「希望香港啲業主可以團結一致,Strong hold 惜售」,亦有網民認為若果係自住樓,亦無謂賣樓:「如果得一層自住樓就咪搞咁多野(嘢)」。有網民就覺得樓主老公想賣樓,其實真實用意可能係想以低價換大單位:「你老公可能想用呢個機會換大d(啲),如果你上年賣左(咗),依家夠條件換大!」、「賣完下年買大double wor」,仲有網民期望:「等緊一百萬買天晉」。

有網民就覺得業主們應該團結,唔好恐慌性售樓,要穩定樓價。

網民覺得樓主老公而家想賣樓,可能其實係想趁樓價跌,細樓換大樓。

有網民認為樓市會繼續跌,甚至會出現一百萬買到天晉呢一日。

但亦有網民就覺得呢場換樓賭注,未必一定會贏:「搏到就住大d,搏唔到幾年內上唔返車,咪一路蝕租?!」、「通常都以為自己可以高賣低買,最後摸唔到底,樓價又慢慢升,最後做咗jojo」。有網民傾向樓市繼續跌:「洗(使)鬼搏,100%sure跌!」,有網民比較體貼,諗到一個算「兩全其美」嘅方法:「其實如果想滿足佢老公,一係大屋搬細屋囉,咁照樣有一層自住樓,套番差價出黎(嚟)」,但有網民感慨:「其實供樓係咪咁大壓力呀,啲人咁易痴(黐)線嘅?!」

亦有網民認為萬一而家賣咗樓,但幾年內上唔返車,咁就真係蝕晒!
